Our Mission

Our mission is to provide quality behavior analytical services through training, mentoring, public outreach and supervision to those around the world who would not normally have access to these services. We strive to provide quality research and education projects in the United States and internationally and to disseminate the results of our projects. In addition, we will provide quality behavior analytic services in the United States through social skills programs and direct ABA therapy services.

Our Goals

 

Our Organization Goals are the following:

  • To disseminate to other countries behavior analytical practices for children with developmental delays

  • To mentor others who want to learn and/or grow in the field of behavioral analysis

  • To provide quality applied behavioral analytical related services to those in need locally and internationally

  • To disseminate behavior analysis and use methods of behavior analysis through research and education projects.

  • To establish Community partnerships and provide training locally and abroad to organizations that need additional support such as churches, schools, other non-profits, etc.

Meet the Team

  • Lisa Ozowara BCBA, LBA, M.A. Ed.

    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Lisa has 25 years of experience in the early childhood education field with 13 years as a Behavior Therapist. She has 11 years of experience in early intervention, and teaching pre-K thru 6th grade. Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and animals, gardening, brewing beer and traveling.

  • Georgia Healy RBT, B.S.

    RBT

    Georgia has worked as an RBT since 2020 and has 2 years of experience in childcare. She graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies. In her free time, Georgia enjoys drawing, listening to music, and spending time with her friends and family.

  • Sierra Meza RBT

    RBT

    Sierra has previous background experience in ABA as well as working with adults with disabilities and at risk youth. She has an associates degree and is working on finishing a bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology.  Sierra hopes to become a social worker in the future as mental health is her passion. In her free time she enjoys cooking for loved ones, crafting, and reading.   

  • Haaley Moreland

    Administrative Manager

    Haaley has been doing administrative work for several years, and has enjoyed getting to know the ABA world. Haaley feels that her efforts are a strong way to support her coworkers out in the field. When she's not working, she enjoys being outside hiking or camping, reading, and watching tv and movies snuggled up with her husband, son, and dogs!

  • Makyah Morgan RBT

    Hi, I’m Makyah Morgan, and I’m originally from Boston, Massachusetts. I have experience working in childcare, and this is my first time working in ABA. I will be completing my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Norfolk State University this December, and I plan to pursue a Master’s degree in Social Work or Urban Affairs. In my free time, I enjoy exploring new places to eat, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family.

  • Miranda Saint RBT

    RBT

    Miranda has over five years of childcare experience and became an RBT in 2025 when she joined Agape Consulting. She is currently an undergraduate at Regent University with plans to pursue a doctorate in psychology in 2026. Miranda enjoys playing video games and baking pumpkin-flavored goods in her free time, and loves to bring laughter and singing all the time.

  • Amber Sprayberry RBT

    RBT

    Amber has over 10 years of experience providing care and support to families with individuals with intellectual disabilities, which inspired her to pursue the field of ABA. Amber graduated with an Associate of Science in General Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Regent University. Amber intends to continue her studies in the coming years with plans of working towards her doctorate. In her free time, Amber enjoys reading a good book, cooking for friends and family, and writing poetry.

  • Amber Travers BCBA, LBA, M.A. Ed.

    BCBA Case Supervisor

    Amber is a Virginia Tech graduate that started her career as a special education teacher for 8 years before becoming a BCBA. She has worked in both the clinic and in home setting. She loves working in ABA, but her passion is training other ABA providers. She truly believes Jimmy Buffet was correct, “If we couldn’t laugh we would all go insane.”

  • Laurie Varner BCBA, LBA, M.E.d.

    BCBA Case Supervisor

    Laurie graduated with her M.E.d. in early childhood special education from Vanderbilt University and became a BCBA in 2006. She has almost 2 decades of experience providing ABA services locally in Hampton Roads and has worked in a variety of roles throughout her career as a licensed behavior analyst. Laurie is passionate about collaborating with therapists and families using a strengths-based neuro-affirming approach  to treatment. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, drinking copious amounts of coffee, and hiking.
